Terms of Sale

Straightforward ordering terms

Payment

Bank wire transfer (ACH or SWIFT) or credit card against a proforma invoice. Net 30 terms are available to established accounts on request.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude sales tax, duties and import charges.

Shipping

Orders ship EXW Kissimmee, Florida. FedEx, UPS and DHL accounts are welcome; we can also arrange freight and invoice it at cost.

Stocked items ship within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Warranty & support

12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from date of shipment. Return material authorisation required.

Integration support, lens selection and image tuning are included — talk to our engineering team.
